Today i feel energized and complete, coherent and stable. The adjustments from yesterday cause much cracking today, and I'm able to sit more erect. Yoga is the guru, and juices with breath electrify positively. This morn, late again to class, bummed for letting others down by existing in the abstraction of time... its true reality in greatest essence. Oh well. It is what it is, then also what i make of it... what i make it?! Mike says my birth name is powerful, stoic... Blair Pendleton! With exclamation. Ah, i dig Gaya... and the former. Anyhoo it's citrus all the way today, just grapefruit and orange. Cleansing, for sure. So class today, Cranial Sacral, really gets me off. I love what some may call energy work, though really we are effecting the entire body through the cranial sacral fluid which effects the fascia and nerves... our networking. Its subtlety awakens the subconscious to represent, and in deep listening the body is truly heard and thus allows room for change and growth. "Ah, someone is finally listening." And then there is me on the other end, "Ah, yes, I feel, I understand..." though no need understand (the understanding being perceptual anyway). "I see, and here is your space, love. Here's your space to reintegrate to your truest potential." No intention, just listening. Following this amazing listening and receiving/opening during our Cranial Sacral V-Spread and still point, I engage spontaneously switching clinic upon the whim of Christen; its energy truly sweeps me into the inherent connections of all, and tapping into universal energy becomes more real than ever. Heart beating, limbs twitching, interacting, energies exchanging fluidly. We are awakened. Juices:
