Tres y Tres. What a great combo of numbers! I am catching up with sleep after those 12 hours last night! I love it. Tonight I head to Richmond to see Ani Difranco and Kimya Dawson (watch Juno, music). Oh yes I am excited; love the live music! Upon waking, I feel alert yet in that extended sleep state... taking me a while to come into full expression of myself, so distorted by previous lack of sleep and deep cleansing. During Cranial class, which I absolutely adore, I feel peculiar. Not knowing how to react with my energetic switch, I breathe into my belly only to discover a shortness in my inhalation. My belly does not expand really. After drinking water, it moves a bit. And after the in-class cranial session from goddess Christina, my belly moves more fluidly as I palpate her rhythms. The instructor tells me that my cranial rhythm does not move into full flexion or extension, that it is faint. Yes, so is my breath. Connection? My rhythm seems to arc and twitch. Yes, I will bring attention to my energetic rhythms; it is so simple for me to feel the cranial rhythm. And simply listening gives the areas of fluctuation room to self-correct as my own inner-physician begins to sense it is acknowledged and respond beautifully. Post-class I enter the spa beneath the class room and receive a Cayce-Reilly massage from a wonderful therapist, followed by a colonic that gives me much needed release in my central belly 3rd chakra area of much previous discomfort! Much dark matter, loose and compacted releases and she fills me with Glyco-Thymoline which Cayce says helps to restore the intestinal lining. As the P is linked to leaky gut, we feel this to be important. Oh wow. So much to say. Must head to the show! Love n bless...
