Back on solids, Day 59.

Okay yah yay yay YAY. I am feelin great, so very
grounded. All people in class today are excited to see me eating. I receive an applause and many smiles of appreciation. They
supported me graciously through this and are happy to see that i will not be on the verge of passing out again any time soon with hypoglycemia reactions. Excellent. I feel great, all except for the decision to head to a Thai restaurant for green tea with Em craving some coconut soup. I ordered the raw green papaya salad, just topped with fresh squeezed lime and lemon. Delicious and filling and great for digestion, right. Well, the waiter, all smiles meeting my exuberance, decides to flirt a little, knowing we are veg heads, brings us veggie spring rolls (fried). We kindly accept the gift, grateful. In gratitude, we pray over them, I peel away the fried layers and eat the middle... dipping in the sauce, not thinking about the sugar content and possible other whatever that may be in it.  All ingredients are so fresh thus far, and so tasty-good in an all-natural kinda way. Less than the best. I breathe now and feel gratitude. All is healing, and i am fine. The P is itchy, and was itchy prior to Bangkok Garden. After writing a paper in Cayce Remedy class about the actions taken to rid body of P, teacher responds that it is time to tap into the emotional body. That will give the FULL healing i so desire. Great! Sounds easy... ha ha ha. Here i go! Still giving juice to body today:

3/4 QT celery, dandelion, kale, lemon.
1 QT grapefruit juice.

Food:
1. Green Juice
2. Figs
3. Kale Salad
4. kombucha
5. Papaya Salad
6. Spring Rolls
7. Grapefruit Juice
8. Kale Salad
9. Smooth Move tea and tinctures

No eliminations thus far = kinda scary. So, supplements of Triphala necessary. Also, the herbs and tinctures from days past, probiotics, digestive enzymes, lecithin. Lovin. Castor oil pack.

Day 58; wait, is that really kale salad?!

Tour around
room.

Yes,
oh yes, Ma'am
Yah
Yeah
Yes, yes, yes YUMMY yes it is. Thanks, Em. Love it, love it, love. Dear Mary, Jumpin' Jesus Jehosahfat, JAH - Buddha praise I love! I am now so very content in belly. Though it rumbles as it has done all day since colonic stirring, I feel better than ever! Sleepy, yes. Post 2-hr wonder sesh with lovely empress this afternoon at the A.R.E. for a practicum, a meditation in itself, some serious therapy, I crash to bed in bundle of bumble and green to sleep sound in peace--Ah! Day sleep is great! Waking three hours later, i attempt to make yoga and miss in switching of August schedule. Forget in the sleepy mind state, ooops. Oh well, just to get out and stroll sand with Em rejuvenated enough and tired enough to call it a work-out. Yeah, i was tired; the minimal juicing getting to me surely. Shoulda, woulda, coulda been juicing way more per day. Ah, spirit, i met you though. I meet you and we dance. We dance. In spirit i dance. And even as i eat today the nectar of the gods, semi-sweet tanginess of 3 figs nourish body and soul, i retain spirit, embodied by spirit, encapsulated in soul, sweet sweet soul, take me, rock me in your arms. Yet to ground i bow, rising yet more so to Sun, for i am now able to reach ground with heels and fly in likes of infinite heavens. Humbled so, and strengthened in the beat of time so supposed by Nature yet not in minds of mortals most encumbered by society. Anatomy test calls to me to study, and i say no, not now for the umpteenth time. P-lease! There are better things to do in this moment, i tell myself. Like breathe and research online. Love/hate relationship with electronics continues. Internal gasp at my semi-love connection with a silver box and shiney screen. Oh yes Oh yes. Say it ain't so. No wait, don't lie. After class this morn i am now certified (again) in CPR; cool. About that kale salad, it came to me after insatiable interest in miso and i am satisfied beyond measure by this decadent deliciousness. Luckily, i still excrete from anus and in these excretions i am fine by eating. Will review juicefeasting website again, as i have not checked into the site for a couple weeks. Surely David says to do mono for a while; just decided this eve to dive into the food that has called me since day 10. In doing this, my previous colonic treatments save me i believe, along with the enzymes and probiotics. Today the P shows face on rear central scalp; itch-itch, scratch-scratch. Tummy gurgles, and i know those yeasties are on their way OUT. OUT yeast, and i now welcome whole body/mind healing, clarity on all levels and optimum wellness, the prettiest pink bowels ever, and contentment in state of ease and confident knowing that all is well.

Day 57, WHAT!

Today Em writes this post, together we write. Yes, and what does she have to say, hmmmm? Em meets Gaya in the early morn at the bus station; she, radiant. We follow with sweet nap, curled together. Just as friends. No, NO, no, no, NO, no NO.  Alarm quickly calls to slumbering ears resting upon warm silken woman chest. Drool minimal. One hour sleep just barely cuts it for the night. Gaya with sleeping eyes, driven by Em to school for 9-ish departure to Hospital for practicum sessions with anyone who may walk by our massage chairs. In the zone, squeezing shoulders, rolling down backs with side of hands, smooth and with intent and deep meditation. One with Spirit. Tired at day's close, Gaya meets Em at school who carries to the porch for a shared lunch the miso broth. No tofu, just the juice. I prepare myself for re-entry into solids and our expedition into the City for raw restaurants and the sheer simplicity and increased energy for travel that DC and juicies do not indulge for her. Following miso broth lunch, Gaya pours through books on alternative medicine searching for entries on acne for an oral presentation during the next class of Cayce Remedies. Plus, there is scribbled the paper due for class on a remedy Cayce prescribed for a certain malaise of the body/mind/spirit. Mine, the P: Cayce 80 alkaline, 20 acidic diet, mainly raw fruits and veggies, nuts and seeds, american yellow saffron and slippery elm bark tea, chiropractic adjustments, series of 6 colonics (1 per week), castor oil packs (3 days on, 4 days off), ingestion of oils (hemp, flax & olive), lots of water, green leafy veggies and a positive frame of mind. The later is still in question, though it is truly my effort. I still feel a tagging at soul from an internal manifestation of pain, sorrow, or how else shall it be called... as it is masked like the black knight (on a black night). And I am left with a deeply subconscious feeling of-- hm-- stress. Yes, it is. What is it? Currently belly writhes and spits fire, cursing, moving with moans and aches. Must be happy after its colonic cleansing and cranial sacral therapy given in the late afternoon. Em and Gaya now lay together in a yellow floral bed with green puffy cloud covering, that little covers if anything at all. And her eyes grow more bulged in the grey that drowns southern lids of eyes. Sinking into the dismal abyss of sight beyond vision when one gets tired. Yes, Gaya is tired and does not want to admit that sleep just may be that missing link. And as clock ticks toward 3:30, a breath is necessary. Down computer, down. And Em pets herself with tip of fingers upon thigh, soft and sweet: goodnite.

Juices:
1/2 QT Celery, dandelion, cilantro, kale, burdock, jerusalem artichoke, broc, sprouts, bok choy, romaine, lemon, love.
1/2 QT grapefruit juice
2 QT miso broth
24 oz kombucha (not sweet)
2 bottles kombucha

Supplements: silver, Break Stone, meds for candida go go gog og og go away and other stuff that delusion in lack of sleep permits to be written. Oh yes, and there is that Castor oil pack. YUM.

Treatments:
Castor Oil pack, Colonic, Cranial Sacral

Ok, let me say a word fast-like for the treatments received at the A.R.E. today. The colonic therapist I saw today is recommended throughout Cayce/Reilly. I recommend them all, well, all six I've experienced at least. They truly do not hire slackers at this spa; it's fabulous. All seem well-trained and specified, still free to explore their own varying techniques in the style they choose, as long as it sells i suppose. Both the therapist and i are surprised at the amount of dark and solid mater emitting from my bowels. Some is thick, sticking to the sides of the tube, and of course there is also the runny dark matter, flecked with dark specks and thin wafer-type pieces about the size of a pinky fingernail. She says in her New York accent; "I'm gonna curse; this is really a lot!" Something of the sort. We were stunned, shocked, excited about the experience. Even after 57 days of juicing and some miso, kombucha, lecithin and the occasional green powder, there is clumpy cramping and serious secretion of dark ICK!  Cool. Better out than in. And as for the Cranial session, Katherine rocks! I love Cranial! It is energetic and calming to the nervous system, meditative, reflective, bringing me to Source. Yet still physiological and based well in structure. I come and go in attentive conscious connection with physical/mental reality, floating in ether in times between. Stress relieved. LOVE!

Juicin' on Day 56...

Coldplay concert absolutely beautiful, powerful and emotional. The lead singer trancing-out to his alternate dimension with band mates trailing along in the ethers of famed music land. 2 QT grapefruit juice and honey keep me in somewhat control around the full arena of people, along with some left-over tea and diluted non-mineralized carrot, spinach, celery, ginger drink from a non-organic source. i explained my situation to the weary door-check woman as hypoglycemia. Bewildered oblige. Juice bottle at the left a victim of traveling left-behind. i slept-in some this morn after a night of almost passing out while shooting photos in a park. Ick! Immediate departure to hotel for a kurplunk in bed followed by talking (mumbling) in sleep says Mike.  Interesting.  During day we also shopped around, tried on funky clothing, introduced Mike to Whole Foods (kid in candy store), played with fuzzy leaf.  Ah yes, and the MUSIC!!! Love the live music. Thanks Mr. Michael; you da bomb.

Juices:
2 QT grapefruit juice
1 QT carrot, celery, spinach, ginger
16 oz kickin' antioxidant tea and agave

Supplements:
Some of the herbal pills and tinctures I brought with me.  :)

Juice Feast Day 55.

Today is travel day via Greyhound, 6 1/2 hours to DC. Self-acclaimed Russian from Brooklyn, owner of Roma Dance, who trains many young kids to ballroom dance, competing as early as 4 professionally, approaches me eagerly to talk, asking the man at Greyhound if we would be traveling far together so he could have company with me. No, he changes over in Norfolk, so we talk 'til then, his largely freckled frame with thin, contorted R/L chest bobbing eagerly as he speaks. Very interesting character, at only Interesting how people are so drawn to me these days of opening. Manny tells me that he felt watched constantly by people in the grocery store last night, and when I explained this odd happening to him with me, he gave me an A-HA and explained what he felt in the grocery. Transfer in Richmond, brief. Bye-bye, Roma!  Artistically strolling bus terminal, wide-eyed and flamboyant, in total spirit, i feel seen. Then approaches dark-skinned boy-man with big smile who says he noticed me across the way and could not help but come and... and... and... then what? That smile illuminates. He speaks and i feel a sense of disappearance in him as i speak, and he thinks. From mind to body, body to mind. Spirit, boy? Spirit.

Juice:
24 oz EverLasting Life Surprise w/ beets, celery, etc.
16 oz green tea, honey, lemon, ginger
16 oz super potent anti-oxidant tea with agave
3 QT celery, lettuce, kale, cilantro, burdock, jerusalem artichoke. etc

Supplements:
A good amount of items, from what I've been taking in the past few. No castor oil pack today and no alternative treatments. Mike had said he'd fast with me in my marathon last week, no foods. After two days on solely water, he steps out; i am shocked! He cannot seem to reach beyond emotional uprisings. So we go to an Asian Bistro for dinner and he orders Gen Tso's Chicken, though this time with soy instead of animal... upon my request. Following dinner a since of ill creeps into Mike and he momentarily regrets his decision to eat the mountain of food (though he could truly only consume less than 1/4 of it. There i order the Miso. Mmmm, miso broth!

Juicy-Juice Day 54.

New roomie Manny is home, beautifully, subtly and pleasantly here at the 316. We just fit. Yes. Musician and artist, he inspires. Very cordial and considerate, observant and adaptable. He is a beautiful soul and positive influence. i dig. I so sleepy and tomorrow to rise at 5 for a bus ride to DC to see Mike and do Coldplay at the Verizon Center. Excited.
