Juice Feast Day 55.

Today is travel day via Greyhound, 6 1/2 hours to DC. Self-acclaimed Russian from Brooklyn, owner of Roma Dance, who trains many young kids to ballroom dance, competing as early as 4 professionally, approaches me eagerly to talk, asking the man at Greyhound if we would be traveling far together so he could have company with me. No, he changes over in Norfolk, so we talk 'til then, his largely freckled frame with thin, contorted R/L chest bobbing eagerly as he speaks. Very interesting character, at only Interesting how people are so drawn to me these days of opening. Manny tells me that he felt watched constantly by people in the grocery store last night, and when I explained this odd happening to him with me, he gave me an A-HA and explained what he felt in the grocery. Transfer in Richmond, brief. Bye-bye, Roma!  Artistically strolling bus terminal, wide-eyed and flamboyant, in total spirit, i feel seen. Then approaches dark-skinned boy-man with big smile who says he noticed me across the way and could not help but come and... and... and... then what? That smile illuminates. He speaks and i feel a sense of disappearance in him as i speak, and he thinks. From mind to body, body to mind. Spirit, boy? Spirit.

Juice:
24 oz EverLasting Life Surprise w/ beets, celery, etc.
16 oz green tea, honey, lemon, ginger
16 oz super potent anti-oxidant tea with agave
3 QT celery, lettuce, kale, cilantro, burdock, jerusalem artichoke. etc

Supplements:
A good amount of items, from what I've been taking in the past few. No castor oil pack today and no alternative treatments. Mike had said he'd fast with me in my marathon last week, no foods. After two days on solely water, he steps out; i am shocked! He cannot seem to reach beyond emotional uprisings. So we go to an Asian Bistro for dinner and he orders Gen Tso's Chicken, though this time with soy instead of animal... upon my request. Following dinner a since of ill creeps into Mike and he momentarily regrets his decision to eat the mountain of food (though he could truly only consume less than 1/4 of it. There i order the Miso. Mmmm, miso broth!
