


Yeah, I am now 1/3 of my way through this FEAST! It's incredible. The P, relentless, lingers upon skin like a house fly, buzzzin' me silly. Color changes from red to pink, legions bleeding less and doing so only when i shave over them with my razor. Not as thin as i thought! Guess it's candida related, so time to make the change! We'll track the process more intently from here on out. So for my final day of sweets i consumed a large QT or more of complete fruit yumminess filled with fuel of fruits. I will initially miss those power carbs and quickly find alternative methods of supplementation to energize my body for yoga, school and walks on the beach. Oh, in mentioning yoga, today's class of saluting Ms. moon was a creeper; i initially thought: ok, this lady is slow and this is boring (crazy thought, yeah. why i doubt my studio?!:). Then we slipped deeper and deeper into stretches, holding asanas for extended periods of time, really diggin' in! Loved it! So, besides the large pinkish-red juice (more like a thin goo) I also consumed 2 oz wheatgrass juice, which supposedly contains the same amount of nutrients as 5 lbs of greens... at least that's what i was told.
Juice:
1 1/2 QT fruit juice: acai, pineapple, mango, raspberry, strawberry.
2 oz wheatgrass juice!
Supplements:
MSM water with lemon, hemp oil, chlorophyll, homeo detox, Celtic sea salt, kelp, honey, bee pollen, castor oil pack, skin brushing, shower w/ hot/cold treatment (yes, i do shower more than i mention in blogs... just don't usually mention it) :)
