Juice Feasting, Day 32!!!

Yes, well lemme just say that exhaustion struck at about 6:30 pm, turning my intended nap into an all-night-a-thon of glorious snoozation. The day is now a blur of classes and semi-remembered information. Wow, I will surely need to review my notes for those classes! Sleep, greatly needed and appreciated, now feels spectacular. It's amazing how I can go without sleep and interact in the world with some clarity and diligence by having nights on end of less than 5 hours of sleep while juicing, yet sleep truly is a healer. And I know how much more fun this Juice Feast is with adequate sleep, 12 hours being the answer for the night! So, for those juices!  

Juices:
2 QT sugar snaps, clover and "crunchy" sprouts, celery, cucumber, spinach.  
2 oz wheatgrass juice

Supplements: 
MSM with water and peppermint, lemon oil, kelp, Stone Breaker, N-Zimes, Premier Research Max Stress B Nano-Plex; Arise and Shine herbs, green pow.
