Holy Day 50!

YIN.
So imma just start with these pics and say that the day opened with our class at the Retirement home at the hospital, with massage chairs in the front room, a place full of inquisitives, one grumpy woman with disturbed peace (or so she kept telling us), sleepy-eyed exits, exuberant workers, one groaning, oh-ing and ah-ing panty-less woman wanting a man with broad shoulders and a thin waist next time we come (alright, grandma, order's up). And eventually, people begging to come back, and even sneaking in a few more minutes under our hands. What an adventure! The final woman of my afternoon came to me with spinal arthritis and 2 cases prior of cancer; ten minutes insufficient, i worked double and was reprimanded. Oops, bag it teach! The entire time at the Hospital i felt almost anti-terrestrial and totally in the ethereal.

During lunch with the ladies, some g-juice, miso soup (broth only) and green tea sippage included, I eye the fresh raw sushi grade tuna with delight. Hmmm? Ceviche is recommended for my raw-ness should i so desire to go there in the future... yikes! The broth immediately gives me energy and a much greater sense of grounded-ness... wudda ya know?! such little alternative liquid and I am back to life, back to reality. Death has been coming to mind, like in the Celestine Prophecy when the human figure reaches a state of disappearance... the oneness with spirit, death of the physical. Wonder if i was truly invisible during those brief moments. Post lunch comes Cayce holistic remedies class, during which we learn about liver and kidney cleanses, natural remedies for arthritis, back pain, sciatica, diabetes. Very interesting, though my energy flops, sending me for a delicious kombucha (no good for me with candida)? Then i go for my integrative chiropractic appointment-- like, WHOA! This is def. my practitioner, i think to myself. She goes diligently deep in the ribs, twisting body, cracking spine, loosening side body and sacrum, releasing carpals and hands in general, getting in the abdominal cavity with psoas fusion and even inviting me to feel my kidneys. An adventure in itself! I rise dizzy, rejuvenated and a bit discombobulated. Time to clear. Time to be clear! I am cleared. I am clear! In a strange space, I head to Heritage and grab a little tub of honey, fizzy water, Epsom salt, anti-candida armor and head home to get down with some South River Golden Millet MISO! This really settles me to study for my Anatomy Final. So, here i go to Castor pack n' get down with the body. Wahoo! What an incredible day.
