Week Two Finale of Juice Feasting!!!

Here's me, post work-out.
As I burn the P OUT, build muscles and clear body, I feel good! The patches are fading into the color of my skin, soon to be just a light mark, and then nothing will be there at all. Just clear, fresh skin.

Wow. I've made it two weeks; this is almost double what I have ever done previous on a liquid diet. I can't say I've exactly been "feasting" the entire time, as I've rarely taken the 4 QT or 2lb greens or T oil per day, however now that I'm aware how much my body needs the protein of the green and oil I'm on it. Actually, the feast asks for 3-4 QTs, so I can cut myself a break; just gotta continue to listen to my body! I did not really crave the 4QT until my colonic, when I cleared a long-standing blockage in my colon... which actually left me tinier in the waist. Plus, the juice just flows through my IT; it's amazing and so much more comfortable! Looking in the mirror, which is really a new concept for me unless I'm brushing my teeth or applying eyeliner, my thighs still meet in the middle... barely. It's kinda sad, and I do not wanna be feeling sad. So, I am now taking hemp oil and flax oil, and I'll even attempt to take-in a few pellets of bee pollen. The latter is truly a challenge for me, though I feel I may need it, and as long as I introduce pollen slowly my body will adjust to it. Start tomorrow? I got down 3QT today, and I actually worked-out a bit so I feel better about it. My work-out consisted of a mile or less run, push-ups, crunches, leg-ups, butt-drops and stretching. It felt amazing! 

Juices:
1QT cucumbers, celery, collard, lemon
1QT orange juice
1QT kale, collard, cucumber, watercress, celery, lettuce, leek, lemon, root's greens

Supplements:
1T Vitamineral Green, MSM lemon water, raw honey w/ all the goods, probiotics, B12, Arise and Shine herbs, homeopathic cleanse, flax oil, hemp oil.
