Juice Feasting, Day 9

The term "hero's path" David mentions in Day Nine's study (juicefeasting.com) seems familiar yet distant to me today. I'm just "taking it day by day," as they say. And today i am especially grateful for this, for i know that upon waking tomorrow, day ten greets me with her bright, sunny face; and I am ready for a fuller moon. All day i have experienced extreme dehydration almost to a point of delirium (not too comfy really!) , possibly a result of the bentonite yesterday. Even after drinking more than a gallon of water and a few liters juice (and grrrl is my bladder moving!), my mouth and eyes feel plastered: not the best. I am thrilled to have made it through my oral presentation on Multiple Sclerosis this morning with some grace. This afternoon, I worked with an emotional release, shedding tears through emerging memories and feelings. Today's process is both beautiful and challenging. EmRose is now in Chapel Hill, so we will not be in each others' juicing company. Yet still, we are juicing! I am so happy for us. The nausea today leaves me un-desiring of the extreme green juice. So my body is now supposedly fasting.

Juices of the Day:
1/2QT green supreme: celery, cucumber, carrot, apple, spinach, turnip greens, cabbage, fennel, green pow, N-zymes, Pure Radiance C
