
Juicefeasting.com today discusses persistence, and this topic could not come at a better time for me. The entire page is extremely encouraging! Today I have felt a sense of stress and a great desire to sleep more; 6 hours doesn't quite hit the mark. After doing an enema this evening, relieving a build-up in the flexure of ascending and transverse, I feel a difference in my attitude and tiredness. I do not crave food that I desired this afternoon, and I actually feel ready for sleep without feeling completely exhausted and stressed. I am at ease now. Thank you enema!
