SO after 21 days, the body can relearn and develop a new habit, if this change in activity is carried through for 21 complete days. So now juice feasting is a habit, and I am set. Good thing, because I have my massage critique tomorrow! Just drove back from North Carolina. EmRose and I juiced together; it was beautiful! Also able to see grandmother and parents. Got some juices in today, carried via cooler for the car ride.
Juices:
2 QT watermelon juice
1/2 QT cuc, celery, arugala, cilantro, basil, lemon
1/2 QT pizza juice: bok choy, basil, spinach, fresh herbs, tomato, tomatillo, onion, garlic, lettuce
1/2 QT orange juice
Supplements:
B12, MSM with lemon water, Arise and Shine herbs
