Day Seven!!! Week One Celebration!!!

What a day! EmRose and I feel amazing having made it through week one. Wow, how phenomenal! I definitely aim to drink more juice earlier in the day next week, as I now put in a QT in the late eve just to make my 4QTs. Plus, I feel that my weight is decreasing, and I cannot afford to loose too much more (130-ish or less at 5'6). Yoga will soon be back in my life with its beautiful force to balance body/mind/spirit, assist detox, increase circulation, enhance stretching and build muscle. Seeing that I have two midterms and an oral presentation this week, I know I will be slammed with work. So, I will make the best of my time.

Today I began taking Rich Anderson's Arise and Shine herbals with Psyllium and bentonite. I got through three sets of herbs and two S/B shakes, which must have stimulated my bowels because they've been moving all day... with some sort of solidification finally. I am excited about bringing the colon cleanse into my feast. Cleansin' time!

Juices of the day:

1) Celery, Cucumber, Dino Kale, Carrot, Apple, Ginger, Cilantro, Parsley, Vit C, N-zymes, Probiotic (1QT)
2) Apple, Grape, Cucumber, Carrot, Ginger (1QT)
3) Grapefruit (1/2QT)
4) Celery, Spinach, Cucumber, Ginger, Lemon, Carrot, Bee Pollen, Green Pow (1/2QT)
5) Tomato, Celery, Cilantro, Lime, Romaine, Spinach, Jalepeno, Onion, Cayenne, Sea Salt, Carrot (1QT)

EXTRA: 8oz kombucha, 1/2 ElectriFire, Tulsi tea

I applied a Castor oil pack to my abdomen, liver and calves this evening. My calves have been pulsating and slightly cramping. Is this a nutrient deficiency or just detox? This morning I participated in a workshop on the Radiac and wet cell appliances mentioned by Edgar Cayce. This device has been reported to greatly assist memory, circulation, nervous dis-orders, etc. Plus, it balances the entire system, using the body's own innate electric forces. Seems amazing; I shall see how it feels as I go through the 16-day cycle of usage.

Blessings!
