Day Day 20!

 Weighed myself today while visiting my grandma, and I come in at 125.2... clothes on. I'm not wearing heavy clothes, though, so I may be able to subtract a pound. I have weighed 5 pounds given or taken from 135 for the past 8 or more years, so though this is not a lot of weight I feel it. I am grateful for it, and now I focus on toning muscle. With two classes of yoga last week, I am on my way! Only juiced 2QT today, and oh how I feel it! 

Juices:
1 QT grapefruit
1 QT celery, cucumber, asparagus, rainbow chard

Supplements:
Arise and Shine herbs, hemp oil, bee pollen
