The yoga studio seems to be a perrrfect fit. This evening I attended a wonderful class with a focused yet loving teacher who took us through asanas in a smooth flow with diligent explanation of how to hold the body in each movement and stillness. Her focus seems to be opening hips and heart. I love it! Yoga today definitely turned-around a slight irritability and nervous tension in my body... transformed it into sweet love.
This afternoon, post 4-hour massage class, I busted home to blend some veggies for a juice then went back to the beautiful late 1800's building for my first Cayce/Reilly clinic clients. Tired, with only one QT juice in my system and a twisty belly, I performed well considering my circumstances. They enjoyed it and I poured my heart, effort and attention into them while remaining open to the cosmic connectedness. So, what could go wrong? Best ever.
Not the best time getting up this morn, so I juiced one QT before class; late start. Anyways, I got-in 3QT juice for the day. Yay.
Juices:
11/4QT celery, romaine, collard, cucumber, dandelion
11/4QT celery, romaine, red cabbage, apple, cucumber, collard, watercress
1/2QT watermelon juice with rind
Supplements: N-Zymes, vit c, vegan probiotics, chlorophyll, in-class massage, Arise and Shine herbs, MSM with lemon water, hemp oil, little honey, enema w/ peppermint/oil belly rub.
The thunder rolls long and mellow as Crosby, Stills and Nash soothes. Love!
