3 1QT green juices taken at 9am, 11:30am, 5pm: celery, kale, spinach, lemon, cilantro, parsley, cabbage, burdock root, carrot, with bee pollen and Nature's First green pow.
1QT fruit juice at 2:30pm: grapefruit, orange, pineapple, lemon.
12OZ green apple juice at 6:30pm.
Supplementation: CoQ10, B12, Health Force Nutritional Enzymes (6 caps in all, split in two doses), couple sips Kombucha, some Really Raw honey, probiotics, 1T Barlean's omega oil, peppermint tea.
Before my evening Dead Sea salt and lavender essential oil bath, I consume 1T green pow in water, followed by 1QT lemon water. Five hours of sleep last night has kept me alive and well throughout the day, until now at 12am. To sleep I go, with hot Castor Oil pack over the liver! Blessings.
